This article explains how to download and install updates/patches for our Windows PDF Editor/Reader using MSP files.
MSPs can only be used for minor updates (i.e. update from version 11.0 to version 11.1),no MSPs patch packages are provided for major releases (i.e. upgrade from version 11.0 to version 12.0)
The MSP will work for both PDF Editor and PDF Editor Pro, as well as PDF Reader.
We have optimized patch packages since Version 12.0.1, the size of the patch has been significantly reduced and the patch can be used for all language type of builds (English, Multi-Language, Korean, Japanese, etc.).

Step 2 - Deploy
For individual users:
Simply double-click on the .msp file, then follow the setup wizard.
For enterprise IT Admins:
Please follow the instructions of your patch management software. (E.g., Ivanti, SCCM... etc.).
Note: We also start providing .fzip format patch package for updating Foxit PDF Editor/Foxit PDF Reader to a newer minor update version since V11.1 when users choose to check update from within Foxit PDF Editor/Foxit PDF Editor application. The .fzip format patch package is actually the installation package processed from the MSP patch package. For example, you could find and download the .fzip format patch packge by clicking on "Help">"About Foxit PDF Editor">"Check for update..." within Foxit PDF Editor. It still requires an administrator privilege for installing the update patch.
