If you are experiencing issues when printing PDFs to paper, please follow the steps a highlighted in the screenshot below:
Windows:
PCL Drivers must be enabled for the physical printer the client is working with.
- Press Ctr+P on your keyboard or go to "File > Print" to open the Print Dialog
- Click on Advanced
- Select "Use PCL5 Drivers for PCL5 Printers" (unless you know that your printer uses PCL6 drivers
- Select the name of your physical printer from the list
- Add/Move your printer to the "PCL Drivers" list
- Click OK
- Click OK to print the file to paper
If enabling PCL drivers did not solve the issue, also enable the Advanced Printing Options here:
macOS:
PCL Drivers must be enabled for the physical printer the client is working with.
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
- Click the "+" sign to add a Printer
- Select your physical printer from the list
- Under 'Use' click on "Generic PCL Driver"
