Cause and Solution
This error arises from the wrong registration code you input or the code has been deactivated. The code contains 6 sections separated by dash, and each section contains 5 characters (digits and letters). The fastest way is to copy/paste to avoid mistakes. If the code in use is correct, the error shall be in that it has been deactivated for some reason,please access this page to create a ticket to Foxit support to proceed.
