If the File Explorer Preview Handler for PDFs is not showing the Foxit PDF Preview even though Foxit is set as the default PDF Previewer, please follow steps below.
Open Registry Editor as Admin and navigate to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pdf\shellex{8895b1c6-b41f-4c1c-a562-0d564250836f}
Under "Default", change the Value data to {1B96FAD8-1C10-416E-8027-6EFF94045F6F}
Afterwards, try testing the PDf previewer in File Explorer again
Users can check the preview handler on their PC by navigating to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PreviewHandlers
