It may be difficult to import the data from an Excel Spreadsheet to a PDF form fields. Because these two types of forms are different. But there is still a way by following the steps below:
1. Ensure the PDF form's fields names are exactly the same as the Excel document's.
See the screenshot below. The column names "Text Field0" and "Text Field1" in Excel should be the same as the PDF form field names.
2. Go back to Excel, click “File”-“Save As”-choose “Save As Type” “CSV UTF-8(Comma delimated)(*.csv)”.
3. Open the PDF file then go to “Form”->”Import” then choose the test.csv file to import.
