By default, when right-clicking an Excel file with multiple worksheets and convert it to PDF, only one tab from the worksheets comes through into the PDF. This article explains how to convert all worksheets to PDF.
How to do?
1. To convert entire excel workbook, please navigate to tab Convert > From files > Convert to PDF Settings.
2. Click "Microsoft Office Excel" > Check "Convert entire Excel workbook" then click "OK". Then you are able to convert excel files as expected
How to set "Convert entire Excel workbook" to be a default on all computers?
If option "Convert entire Excel workbook" checked, you will find the value will be changed in Registry Editor> \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor 11.0\Preferences\CreatePDF\Excel > ConvertEntireWorkbook value is 00000001.
Conversely, if the value in registry editor set as 00000001, the option will be checked. Therefore, you could think how to batch write the value in Registry Editor. There are following common methods:
1.Write .bat script to distribute the value in your domain.
2. Foxit Customization Wizard tool support to create registry data. You could use it to create registry value like below picture then generate the .mst file
Apply the .mst file during installing the client.
After finish the installation , you will see the folder generated in registry editor.
