If you are type of user that wants to have the latest version at all times, it was recommended to include Upgrade Assurance to your original order and renew Upgrade Assurance annually therefore if you do not have Upgrade Assurance, you can include Upgrade Assurance to your new purchase of Foxit PDF Editor version 12.
If you are a user that has a previous version license with active Upgrade Assurance and have renewed it annually, we thank you for supporting our product therefore this will entitle you the version 12 upgrade of Foxit PDF Editor at no cost due to having active Upgrade Assurance.Please access Foxit Software Upgrade Portal to update your previous version license that still has valid Upgrade Assurance.
Upgrade Assurance can be renewed annually therefore as long as you have active Upgrade Assurance, this will always entitle you the major version upgrade at no cost.
If you have an active reoccurring subscription of Foxit PDF Editor, you are always entitled to the latest version of the software since the email associated with the subscription will be used for activation.
