Background: When customers renew licenses/purchase new licenses/... based on Admin Console, they need to open Admin Console Portal >Navigate to Product > Click "Update Licenses" to update the license info. In this case, some of customer feedback that they can not see button "Update Licenses" / Product.
Reason: Note that "Update Licenses" is only available for super administrator. Please login with super admin then updating license. For more details about admin roles, please refer to Admin Roles Description – Help Center | Foxit Software .
