This section allows you to disable plugins from the application. Click on any of the plugins below to learn more about its functions and how to disable it.

Note: Checking a box will disable the selected plugin.
1. Updater plugin
Checks for software updates.
Checking this box will disable automatic updates.
2. Comment Summary plugin
Allows users to create a new PDF file summarizing all comments in the current document.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Summarize Comments function from the Comments Tab, Action Wizard and Print Screen.
3. Compare PDF plugin
Allows users to compare two PDF files and highlight the differences.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Compare function from the View tab as well as the Action Wizard.
4. DocuSign plugin
The DocuSign Plugin already comes disabled, if you check this box you will not be able to load this plugin later.
5. RMSV2 plugin
Allows users to protect PDF documents using Microsoft's Right Management Services (RMS).
Checking this box will disable and remove all RMS functionality, including decrypting RMS protected PDFs.
6. SharePoint plugin
Allows users to open/save files in SharePoint.
Checking this box will disable and remove SharePoint from the File Open/Save as well as the Share tab, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
7. Page Editor plugin
Allows users to Edit objects and/or add text/images/objects.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Edit Object, Add Text, Add Images, and Add Shapes buttons from the Edit tab.
8. Speech plugin
Reads the document out loud.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Read function from the View tab.
9. Share Review plugin and Share for Comments plugin
Allows users to initiate/participate in Shared Review via Network or SharePoint server.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Send for Shared Review, Manage Shared Review and Tracker functions from the Share tab
10. OneDrive plugin
Allows users to open/save files in OneDrive Personal.
Checking this box will disable and remove OneDrive from File tab > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
11. OneDrive Business plugin
Allows users to open/save files in OneDrive Business.
Checking this box will disable and remove OneDrive Business from File tab > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
12. Google Drive plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Google Drive.
Checking this box will disable and remove Google Drive from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
13. Dropbox plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Dropbox.
Checking this box will disable and remove Dropbox from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
14. Action Wizard plugin
For users who need to work on PDF documents through a series of routine tasks, Foxit PDF Editor’s Action Wizard can help them to automate it with a predefined action.
Checking this box will disable the Action Wizard.
15. Foxit Account Management plugin
This plugin allows you to access your Foxit Account from Foxit PDF Editor.
Checking this box will disable this function.
16. License Manager plugin.
This plugin is responsible for the activation of Foxit PDF Editor, please do not disable it.
17. Box plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Box.
Checking this box will disable and remove Box from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
18. 3D plugin
Allows users to interreact with 3D objects.
Checking this box will remove all 3D functionality.
19. iManage 9 plugin & iManage 10 plugin
Allows users to open/save files in iManage 9 or 10.
Checking this box will disable and remove the respective iManage plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
21. Foxit Drive plugin
Foxit Drive was discontinued. Checking this box will have no effect.
22. NetDocuments plugin
Allows users to open/save files in ndOffice.
Checking this box will disable and remove the NdOffice plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
23. OpenText eDOCS DM plugin
Allows users to open/save files in eDOCS DM.
Checking this box will disable and remove the eDOCS DM plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
24. WIP plugin
Checking this box will remove the Windows Information Protection plugin.
25. Content Suite plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Enterprise Connect.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Enterprise Connect plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
26. Worldox plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Worldox.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Worldox plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
27. Documentum plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Documentum.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Documentum plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
28. Egnyte plugin
Allows users to open/save files in Egnyte.
Checking this box will disable and remove the Egnyte plugin from File > Open/Save, as well as from all other areas of the software such as the "Open from ECM" options.
