The Delegate Signer feature is useful when a recipient may not be the person signing a document allowing the recipient to forward the document to another signer by entering their details. The new signer may complete their part of the document after the document is delegated. Can be used as a placeholder feature when the sender is not aware of the recipient's information but has details to another person who may delegate the document to them.
Examples:
- Placeholder scenario: A school representative sends a document to a student who may delegate signing to their parent, and the parent’s contact details are unknown to the representative.
- Wrong recipient scenario: If a recipient accidentally receives a document which should be signed by another person, and they know who should sign the document.
