Your receipts are available under the Billing tab.
How can I access the Billing tab?
You must be the Account Owner to access the Billing tab.
How can I change plan?
You may request to change plans directly from the Billing tab, or by emailing esignsupport@foxit.com.
How can I request a refund?
To request a refund, send an email from the registered Account Owner email address with your information to esignsupport@foxit.com.
