If you have purchased the PDF Sign Bundle below:
And you are getting this error when trying to sign in to activate PDF Editor:
You will need to first activate the PDF Editor Subscription Within Foxit.com since it is a separate product from the PDF Sign Product.
Navigate to Foxit.com and sign in. Under your username, select "Orders"
Select "Subscription Management"
Navigate to "Manage"
Click "Recover" on the right under "Status"
You will then see the following:
Test signing into PDF Editor to activate
