Run the Installer for Fiddler (.exe attached)
Run the application Fiddler 4
Click cancel on the following pop up :
Click No on next pop up:
Navigate to Tools> Options
Options > HTTPS> Chech "Descrytp HTTPS traffic"
Navigate to File and make sure the "Capture Traffic" is checked:
Replicate the network issue with the software e.g. unable to log in using SSO, Admin Console giving an error
Once issue is replicated, Navigate to File> Save> All Sessions:
Click OK on Privacy Notice Pop Up:
Save the .saz log:
Send log to the consultant who is assisting for further investigation
