For customer who is using Foxit eSign individual or Foxit eSign pro, please do the following:
2:On the Foxit account page, set a new first name and last name as you want under the “BILLING DATA” section, please click on “Save changes” button to apply the changes.
3:Finally, please restart your web browser to access Foxit eSign webpage and log into Foxit eSign again ,then you will find that the newly changed name will appear in your profile on Foxit eSign page.
For customer who is using Foxit eSign Enterprise, please do the following:
1:We don’t provide the “Manage my account” button on the Foxit eSign webpage after you log into an account that has been assigned Foxit eSign Enterprise license, please access the Foxit Account page directly to modify the first name and last name, and click on “Save changes” button to apply the changes.
2:If the username that you have changed still can't be applied to the Foxit eSign page after you have login into the Foxit eSign webpage again, please help to contact your IdP admins to check the SAML Configuration related settings when he/she set up the Single Sign-on Setup for accounts in a third-party application (Okta) and edit the "User Attributes & Claims" related settings.
For example,if your admin has set “user.userprincipalname” as source attribute when configure Microsoft's Azure Active Directory Single-Sign-On (SSO) with the Foxit Admin Console,please ask your admin to set “user.displayname” as Source attribute,then you will find that the first name and last name information that you have made in Foxit Account page will be applied to your user profile in Foxit eSign page.
