1: The differences between the three plans of Foxit eSign.
The three plans are:
- Foxit eSign
- Foxit eSign Pro
- Foxit eSign Enterprise

2:Purchase licenses for the Foxit eSign product.
Among the three plans of Foxit eSign product, you could purchase yearly subscription licenses for Foxit eSign or Foxit eSign Pro from Foxit online store directly. When you need to purchase Foxit eSign or Foxit eSign Pro for a company with five or more licenses, you also could choose to contact with Foxit Sales team for getting the quote and way of buying. 3: Licensing model of the Foxit eSign product.
We don't sell perpetual licenses for Foxit eSign Product but only provide subscription licenses.
For Foxit eSign and Foxit eSign Pro, either of them is licensed per Foxit account, so how many Foxit accounts will be assigned to use Foxit eSign/Foxit eSign Pro depends on how many licenses of Foxit eSign/Foxit eSign Pro in total you have purchased.
For Foxit eSign Enterprise, it is licensed per organization with limited envelopes, we allow the unlimited number of users to be assigned in the Foxit eSign Enterprise organization to use Foxit eSign Enterprise.
4:Manage your Foxit eSign product subscription to assign/revoke licenses to users.
If you purchased Foxit eSign or Foxit eSign Pro with one license only, then you do not need to assign the license to another user, the unique license is bound to the billing email address of the order by default.
If you purchased Foxit eSign or Foxit eSign Pro with multi-licenses, you need to assign licenses to users under the Foxit website or Foxit App Store. To know how you could manage members in subscription licensing, please to this article.
If you purchased Foxit eSign Enterprise, you have to assign Foxit eSign Enterprise authorization to users through Foxit on-cloud based Admin Console. 5：Activate Foxit eSign Product using a Foxit account that has been assigned Foxit eSign product Authorization.
After you have completed the instructions mentioned in the above Steps, then each user who has been assigned Foxit eSign product authorization could be able to activate the Foxit eSign product by just logging into the Foxit eSign portal with the user's own Foxit account and password.
After logging in, you will see the following information shown on the blue message bar at the most-top corner:
The existing plan information of your Foxit eSign product, how many days are left that your account could still access the Foxit eSign Product, and how many envelopes are left.
