Unable to Login to RMS/AIP

Problem(s):

• Unable to login to the AIP/RMS plugin. Or;
• Not prompted to login. Or;
• Prompted to login but then nothing happens. 

Solution

Go to "C:\Users\<USSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Microsoft" once there delete folder "MSIPC"
Also, delete the folder "MSIPC" from reg "Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft"
