Digital ID is the identity of a person/organization, which contains your name, Email address, a serial number, an expiration date, and the name of the company.
Note: Foxit PDF Editor will automatically pull your Digital ID from macOS Keychain Access but in the event you do not have an ID in the Keychain Access you can always create a Self-Signed Identity following the steps below:
- Open the Keychain Access app then from the Menu Bar navigate to Keychain Access
- Select Certificate Assistant
- Select Create a Certificate...
- Follow the prompts to create a self-signed ID
