After purchasing multi-user subscription licenses of Foxit PDF Editor, Foxit PDF Editor Pro or Foxit PDF Editor Pro Plus, the subscription manager first needs to configure team members for the subscription to allow them to log in and activate Foxit PDF Editor,Foxit PDF Editor Pro or Foxit PDF eSign with their respective email addresses. You may refer to the following info about subscription operation:

If you purchase annual subscriptions for Foxit eSign only, please follow this article to manage users.
Role description and change
Owner: The Owner account could manage the subscription renewal, purchase additional subscriptions, transfer subscription, upgrade subscription, cancel subscription and perform other order related operations; manage members (invite/remove/change role); set if the Owner account would take up one license or not to use the product.
Admin: The Admin account could use the product and manage members (invite/remove);
Member: The Member account could use the product.
Owner may click on the other member's roles to make the change. After the role conversion is complete, the member's account will receive an email with the subject:
“Foxit Subscription Management Role Change Notice”
Add/Remove members
To add or remove a member of Foxit PDF Editor subscription organization or Foxit Sign Organization, please complete the following steps:
1.Once you complete the order, on the order confirmation page you could see the click here, please click it.
or you may sign into Foxit hompage directly with your order's billing email address.
2. In your account> Orders, you can see the Subscription Management button there.You could click Manage > Add Member .
3.In the blank field, please enter the E-mail address which you would like to add him/her as a member of the origination, then click on Submit button. If you need to add more than one email addresses in the blank field at once, please enter them separately by semicolons (;).
4. Your member will receive an email from us. The member can activate the Foxit PDF Editor subscription by following the steps in the email.
5.You could also delete the member by click the Remove button in your account.
Disable/Recover license for owner
You may click Disable/Recover for owner to determine if the owner would take up one license from the subscription plan or not.
Remove products permission
You may click the Remove products permission button to remove the member's product permission. After removing products permission, the member is still in the organization list but the status changes from activated to unactivated. Then the member will get a promt with no-activation when he/she opens Foxit PDF Editor on his/her computer.
Manage Devices
You may go to DEVICES then click on the "Activated" to deactivate the devices you'd like to remove.
