We began to change the purchase method for subscription orders in the release of Foxit MobilePDF for Windows V3.2.2 on Dec 20th,2018. The subscription orders purchased in Foxit MobilePDF for Windows V3.2.2 and above actually become into in-app purchases in Microsoft Store.You could cancel subscription for Foxit MobilePDF for Windows as you cancel Microsoft subscriptions for other apps in Microsoft Store as usual.
1.Click on here to go to Services & subscriptions. You might be asked to sign in.
2.Find the Foxit MobilePDF for Windows subscription and select Payment & billing > Change > Turn off recurring billing. If you don't see your subscription, make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account for that subscription.
3.Select Confirm cancellation. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
For subscription order you purchased with Foxit account in versions prior to V3.2.2
You cannot cancel subscription which you purchased with Foxit account in versions prior to V3.2.2 in the the latest version of Foxit MobilePDF for ios anymore. You have to cancel it on Foxit app store online by doing the follow steps:
1. Go to https://appstore.foxitsoftware.com/appstore/app-list and log in with your account.
2. In the App List, choose the product you subscribed.
3. Click Cancel Subscription
