I don’t see the option window.

In the ‘Window' menu, check whether ‘Option window' is checked. If not, click on Option Window in the menu to check it. If you still don't see the option window, then go to the program menu and select setting>screen arrangement. A problem can occur when the previous setting is still being used even after you have decreased the screen size.
