To keep the same selected PDF sign signature to be signed in PDF pages multiples times continuously, please do the following procedures:
For V11
From version 11.2.0, Keep Tool Selected option is not available for signature and users can place signatures continuously by default.
For 11.1.x:
Go to Home or Protect tab, choose Fill & Sign, Fill & Sign will be shown as one of the tabs. Choose or create a sign signature in the sign group, check the option Keep Tool Selected if it is not checked there. Then the selected sign signature can be used continuously after each use.
For V10.x
Choose Fill&Sign,Choose or create a sign signature in the sign group, check the option Keep Tool Selected if it is not checked there. Then the selected sign signature can be used continuously after each use.
For V9.6 to V9.7
1. Choose Protect>PDF Sign. The PDF Sign tab appears on the toolbar.
2. Make sure the option Keep Tool Selected under PDF Sign tab is checked, then the selected sign signature can be used continuously after each use.
For versions prior to V9.6
1. Choose Protect>PDF Sign. The PDF Sign tab appears on the toolbar.
2. Choose or create a signature under the PDF sign tab, please move the cursor to the position you want to sign and right click, then click on Keep tool selected option in the pop-up context menu.
Afterwards, you can add multiple signatures in PDF pages without reselecting the same PDF sign signature again.
