When you need to migrate to a new device, you will also want to transfer your subscription. Complete the following steps to transfer your subscription license.
In the situation that you still have Foxit PhantomPDF installed in previous computer
In the situation that you cannot access Foxit PhantomPDF in previous computer anymore
In the situation that you still have Foxit PhantomPDF installed in previous computer:
If you still could be able to access Foxit PhantomPDF from your previous computer,please do deactivation related operations in previous computer ,and then do activation related operations in new computer:
Open Foxit PhantomPDF from your previous computer.
Go to Help > Manage.
Click on the X circle icon to remove the authorization off the current machine.
Click on OK to accept the removal confirmation.
Open Foxit PhantomPDF in your new machine, go to Help > Activate to sign in with your email account and follow the on-screen tips to make Foxit PhantomPDF to be activated in your new computer.
In the situation that you cannot access Foxit PhantomPDF in previous computer anymore:
If your previous computer has been retired, or Foxit PhantomPDF has been uninstalled from the previous computer,you need to do both of deactivation and activation related operations in new computer.
1. Please install Foxit PhantomPDF on your new computer, click on "Free Trial" or "Back to Express" to get Foxit opening first.
Note: Please don't click on Activate button.If you click on Activate button to sign into your Foxit account,you will get the message which says Your subscription has reached the maximum number of activations. Please just hit OK to close the message.
2.In the opened Foxit PhantomPDF application,please go to Help>Manage to deactivate the previous activation.
