Description
When double clicking the installation file, the following error message is displayed: "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that it is a valid Windows Installer package".
Reason
The error occurred because the installation file was not downloaded completely.
Solution
If you have tried more than twice to download the installation file with a same download link, but still got the same error when installing. Try to change the CDN server for downloading.
For example, if you were provided a download link of CND 01 that appears as below:
Change the cdn01 in the link to another cdn address like cdn02, but the other parts shall remain the same.

If the installation file keep giving the error no matter where it was downloaded from. You may need to contact support by providing the MD5 value of the installer file.

Download MD5 tool: click here

Run the HASH.exe

Select the setup file.

Save and send the parsing result to support.
