1. Change the cursor to Hand Mode by going to "Home"tab>"Hand Tool” in Foxit PDF Editor (Pro) or Foxit PDF Reader.
2. Hold down CTRL keypad.
3. Click to select the comments you want to change colors one by one, like Highlight, note etc…
4. Right click on the selected comments and select Properties option in the pop-up context menu to bring up a properties dialog box.
5.Click on the Appearance tab in the properties dialog box to change and select a bew color you want.
