How to print bookmarks?

1.      Open your file in Foxit PhantomPDF and navigate to the Bookmarks navigation panel, click on the icon as the below to add a new table of contents page converted from bookmarks.

2.    Confirm the creation of a new table of contents page by clicking OK on the prompt message.

3.    Print the table of contents page that was created from the bookmarks.

    Thanks for this new feature. However,  request you to enable an option to customise TOC feature. 

    Presently when TOC is created TOC page is automatically numbered as page one and remaining bookmarked pages are numbered from page 2 onward in the TOC.

    I want to have choice to customise page numberings or all or selected bookmarks and display of page numbers in TOC as per such customised numbering.
