Suppose you have Foxit PDF Reader and Foxit PDF Editor installed on the same computer.
1.In Foxit PDF Editor 11, go to Home or Protect tab, choose Fill & Sign, Fill & Sign will be shown as one of the tabs, click on the green plus icon to bring up the Create Signature dialog box.
In PhantomPDF version 10, please go to Fill & Sign tab,click on the green plus icon to bring up the Create Signature dialog box.
In Foxit PhantomPDF versions prior to V10,please go to Protect tab tab click on PDF Sign to make the PDF Sign tab to be appeared , click on the green plus icon under the PDF Sign tab to bring up the Create Signature dialog box.
2. In Create Signature window, choose Import File button to bring up a Open window.
3. In the Open window, navigate to the destination folder like C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\InstaSign, where the PDF Sign signatures created in Foxit Reader were stored on the .pdf format PDF sign signatures document there to import the PDF sign signatures from Foxit Reader to Foxit PDF Editor.
