For Foxit PDF Editor/ Foxit PhantomPDF v9.6 and above, user would be able to set the application language for multiple language MSI installer package via Foxit Customization tool by doing as follows:
1: Download a .msi installer package of the Foxit PDF Editor/ Foxit PhantomPDF multiple Language version.
2: Run Foxit Customization Wizard tool. Don't have one ? click Here to choose and download an appropriate version.
3: Click on Open icon on the top left corner to bring up a new open window to navigate to choose the .msi installer package you have downloaded.
4: Click Installation options tab in Foxit Customization Tool where you could find the Application language related options. Please select the application language you want from the drop-down menu which is beside to Choose custom language. If the application language you want is the same as the language of your computer operating system, you could simply select Use OS language this option. Then custom other settings you need in this Foxit Customization Tool.
5:Click on File - Save (Save as button)to generate an MST file which would contain application language information.
Note: the method described above only applies to Foxit PhantomPDF Multiple Language MSI installer and the version of installer requires V9.6 and above.
