We changed the purchase method for subscription orders from Foxit MobilePDF for iOS V6.7. For the subscription that was purchased within the application with version number prior to V6.7, you can cancel within the old version or cancel via Foxit app store.
Cancel within the app:
1. Navigate to My Account
2. Click on Manage Subscriptions
3. Click on Subscribe Now
4. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm to cancel.
1. Go to https://appstore.foxitsoftware.com/appstore/app-list and log in with your Foxit account.
2. In the App List, choose the product you subscribed.
3. Click Cancel Subscription
If you subscribed the application on Foxit App Store instead of within the application, you can only cancel it via Foxit App Store as mentioned above.
