In Windows 7, click Start, type regedit.exe in the search box, and then press Enter.
In Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8, press the Windows key + R to open a Run dialog box, type regedit.exe, and then click OK.

HKEY_CURRENt_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\WordAddinPH.FpcWordAddin
-
Please modify the value of LoadBehavior under all of the above two registry keys into “3” if its value is anything other than “3”.To modify the value of LoadBehavior, please Right click on LoadBehavior, click on Modify to open the Edit DWORD Value popup box, input “3”(without double quotation marks )in the Value Data Box and click OK.
