After upgrade to version 8, when you are calling up Foxit Reader or Foxit PhantomPDF to open a PDF from an ERP system or from a third-party program, you may keep receiving a security warning message even though you have checked the option “Remember your choice for this application”. This is a known issue that would be addressed in our next upcoming maintenance version (8.0.2). The anticipated action is that the “security warning message” should be suppressed after the option “remember your choice for this application” was checked. However if you need an immediate workaround to stop message popping up, please write to support for help.
