You could use one of the following approaches to convert text object in PDF into shape object in PDF file:
- Use the Print text as a graphic(ignore font substitution) feature and reprint the PDF to Foxit Printer.
- Use the Convert to shape object feature in Foxit PDF Editor Pro edition.
Use the Print text as a graphic(ignore font substitution) feature and reprint the PDF to Foxit Printer.
1) Go to File > Preferences in Foxit Reader/Foxit PDF Editor or hold down Ctrl + K to open the Preferences window.Locate Print tab,check the option Print text as a graphic(ignore font substitution),click on OK to apply the change.
2) Open the PDF with Foxit Reader / Foxit PDF Editor.
3) Choose Print, choose Foxit Reader PDF Printer / Foxit PDF Editor Printer.
4) Print the current PDF to create a new PDF document in which all text objects would be in path mode.
Use the Convert to shape object feature in Foxit PDF Editor Pro edition.
1) Open the PDF file in Foxit PDF Editor.
2) In Edit menu, choose Edit Object > Text.
3) Select text strings on a page . Or you may also then press Ctrl+A on keyboard to make all the texts on the existing page to be selected.
4) Then click on Convert to Shape button on the right Format panel to convert the selected texts into shapes.
Or you may also right-click on the selection,choose Convert to shape object.
