To customize the text alignment within an interactive text field, please access the text field properties dialog box by double-clicking the text field with the "Text Field" tool or the "Select > Select Annotation" tool. then adjust the Direction and Alignment settings within the properties window to modify the alignment as illustrated in the screenshots below:
For centering texts, change the alignment setting to "Center" in the Options tab as illustrated in the screenshot below:
To achieve Right alignment, set the direction to "Right-to-left" or adjust the alignment to "Right" as illustrated in the screenshots below. The last applied option (direction: Right-to-left or alignment: Right) will take effect.
For left-aligned text, set the direction to "Left-to-right" or modify the alignment to "Left" as illustrated in the screenshots below: As with left alignment, the last applied option (direction: Left-to-right or alignment: Left) will take effect.
If you wish to set your configured text alignment settings in a text field as the new default for all future text fields, please right-click on the text field using the "Text Field" or "Select > Select Annotation" tool. Next, choose the "Use Current Properties as New Defaults" option from the pop-up context menu.
