Recently, we upgraded the credit card payment security policy. The new security measures may result in "Your card has been declined" error message for some customers who have previously saved their payment methods. These issues are due to the matching of new security rules, which in some cases may prevent payment to protect the security of your credit cards. Of course, you should confirm that your credit card status is valid. Then you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your Foxit account, go to "Orders"->"PAYMENT OPTION"
- Re-bind the credit card information for payment. If you just had one default credit card here, you can re-bind the credit card and set the new one as default, then delete the old one. This will ensure that the payment method is updated and you can continue to shop smoothly.
- Please confirm that you have entered the correct credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and the CVV code(especially the CVV code), to avoid any payment issue.
