When I try to purchase an additional subscription on www.foxit.com under My Account > Subscription Management > Purchase Additional Subscription, I notice that the "Purchase Additional Subscriptions" button is either grayed out or not provided, preventing me from buying more licenses.
Possible reasons and solutions:
The first possibility is that the subscribed product is one of our older products, such as the Foxit PDF Editor (Pro) yearly subscription. We no longer sell this product independently, as it has been bundled into the PDF Editor Suite (Pro) for Teams/Individual 2023 series. In this case, we don’t provide the "Purchase Additional Subscriptions" button to add more licenses as shown in the screenshot below:
For this situation, please visit the Foxit Online Store (https://www.foxit.com/shopping/) to purchase additional licenses.
The second possibility is that the subscribed product is under the "Yearly-plan-paid-monthly" plan as shown in the screenshot below:
Recently, we have removed the "Yearly-plan-paid-monthly" option for all subscription products from our Online Store. For customers who already purchased a "Yearly, paid monthly" plan, you are not allowed to purchase more "yearly, paid monthly" subscriptions, which is why you cannot directly add more licenses to your existing plan. As a workaround, please first upgrade your plan to "Annual" by clicking on the "Switch to Annual Billing" button:
The "Purchase Additional Subscriptions" button will become clickable after you switch your subscription plan to annual billing. Then, please add more licenses by clicking on the "Purchase Additional Subscriptions" button.
