1. To set Foxit PDF Editor as the default PDF viewer for Outlook, follow these steps:

2. If PDF previews are still enabled in Outlook after setting Foxit PDF Editor as the default viewer, follow these steps to disable them:
a. Open Outlook.
b. Click on "File" in the top left corner.
c. Select "Options."
d. In the "Outlook Options" window, click on "Trust Center" in the left pane.
e. Click on "Trust Center Settings" on the right side.
f. Click on "Attachment Handling" in the left pane of the "Trust Center" window.
g. Click on "Attachment and Document Previewers" on the right side.
h. In the "File Previewing Options" list, uncheck the box next to the previewer related to your PDF reader (e.g., "PDF Preview Handler", "Foxit Preview host for PDF PDF Preview Handler").
