When you use pdfonline.foxit.com to access Cloud Documents, you can download files from your cloud storage to your local computer. The download locations are as follows:
For single document downloads:
When downloading a single document, the downloaded PDF file is saved by default in your system's Downloads folder:
• On Windows systems, it is saved in: C:\Users[current username]\Downloads
• On macOS systems, it is saved in: /Users/[your_username]/Downloads
For bulk downloads:
When downloading multiple files in bulk, the selected files will be packaged as a .zip file and downloaded to the same Downloads folder mentioned above. To access the individual PDF files, you need to extract the contents of the .zip file.
Note: If you use a macOS system and experience no response when attempting to download multiple files, the issue may be due to your browser, such as Safari browser, blocking download pop-ups from pdfonline.foxit.com. To resolve this, follow the instructions in the screenshot to allow download pop-ups from pdfonline.foxit.com in your browser's settings.
After making this change, you can download multiple documents from Cloud Documents in pdfonline.foxit.com.
