Why I Purchased One-time License for Foxit PDF Editor/Pro for Teams, but did not Receive the License Key?

If you purchased the one-time license for Foxit PDF Editor/Pro for Teams, you won't receive the license key code. This perpetual license is managed by the Admin Console.

To activate this product, please log in to the Foxit Admin Console "https://adminconsole.foxit.com/" with your super admin account. Click License Management> click Assign License in Orange>in the user list please select your account> select the program Foxit PDF Editor> click OK

 

Then open Foxit PDF Editor Pro  for Teams, click the "Activate" button in the activation wizard or click "Help/Home>Activate" in the ribbon, then click the "Sign In" button and follow the onscreen steps to enjoy your product license.

    Wow! This has been the hardest and most complicated software I have ever installed. You cannot reach a human being over the phone. It took me an hour of floundering around to figure out the user console when all I wanted to do was just install a one-time license purchase of pdf editing software. I did not want to have to set up a management console system, this is ridiculous, and horribly unintuitive. I won't be using this product ever again.
