According to the current support policy (Support current major version and 2 previous major versions, in the same way (security issues and major bugs)), Foxit regrets to inform you that with the release of Version 13.0, we'll be discontinuing support for Version 10.x and all previous versions of Foxit PhantomPDF. Additionally, the corresponding Connected PDF Service will also be discontinued two months from now.
If you are currently using Version 10.x or any earlier versions of Foxit PhantomPDF, when you attempt to access the ConnectedPDF service related features, you will receive the following prompt:
A ConnectedPDF file can still be opened by any standard PDF reader. However, if you would like to remove the Foxit ConnectedPDF ID from the PDF file, Foxit is providing a tool to allow you to convert the ConnectedPDF into a normal PDF file. Please follow the steps described in the Foxit Knowledge Base to download the tool and process.
