- Title - The title of the document.
- Subject - Subject or keywords related to the document.
- Author - Name of the person who created the document.
- Copyright - Copyright information if any.
- Description - A short description of the document.
- Custom Metadata - Any other custom metadata can be added here.
Here are the steps to edit metadata of a PDF document using Foxit PDF Editor :
1. Open the PDF document in Foxit PDF Editor.
2. Go to File > Properties.
3. In the Document Properties window, you can edit the metadata fields like:
4. Click Add to add a new metadata name-value pair if needed.
5. Click the existing values to edit them. Make the required changes.
6. Click OK to save the metadata changes.
7. Save the PDF after editing the metadata to retain the changes.
You can also edit PDF metadata like Title, Author etc from the Description tab in the navigation pane. Just double click the values to edit them.
