Get glog files

the glog files will be in the folder:
"%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Foxit PDF Editor\glog"
or
"%AppData%\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\log\glog"
or
"%AppData%\Foxit Software\Classic\Foxit PDF Editor\log\glog"
or
"%AppData%\Foxit Software\Continuous\Foxit PDF Editor\log\glog"
Get Foxit log files
- Create a new folder named "Enablelogging" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Reader".
- Start Foxit Editor/Reader, and reproduce this issue.
- Find the logs in "%AppData%\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\log", Or "%AppData%\Foxit Software\Continuous\Foxit PDF Editor\log", Or "%AppData%\Foxit Software\Classic\Foxit PDF Editor\log"
Get Foxit Creator log files
Foxit Creator Log is used to obtain log files for these functionalities:
1) Foxit PDF Editor Printer
2) Office Addin
3) Chrome/IE/Firefox Addin
Below are the steps to obtain the Foxit Creator log files:
- Close Foxit Editor.
- Open the registry (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-open-registry-editor-in-windows-10), find Location: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Creator (before v 9.x) or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\PDF Creator (V10.x/V11.x/V12.x/v13/v2023.x).
- Set EnableLog=1. If it does not exist, add it as a new entry with DWORD type.
- Reproduce the problem.
- Save and send us the following directory log files:
"%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Temp\FoxPrint"
or
"%AppData%\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Creator\Creator-Log"
or
"%AppData%\Foxit Software\Classic\Foxit PDF Creator\Creator-Log"
or
"%AppData%\Foxit Software\Continuous\Foxit PDF Creator\Creator-Log"
