Situation:
Starting from version 12, after you have clicked on the "Print," "Save," or "Search" menus for hundreds of times in Foxit PDF Editor (Pro), the program will display a pop-up survey window as shown in the screenshot below:
How to disable the Survey:
There is currently no way to disable the survey pop-up yet. As a temporary solution, please do the following:
For V12 and V2023.1,you can suppress the survey pop-up from reappearing within the next 180 days by modifying the "ClickCount" this registry value under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\Continuous\NPS" to 3.
Modifying the aforementioned registry value is equivalent to declining the survey three times, which will prevent the survey window from appearing again for the next 180 days.
For the V2023.2(not yet released) and newer versions,as long as you refuse to submit the survey by closing the window directly or having submitted the survey once in the current version, the survey window will no longer pop up in the same version until you update/upgrade to a newer version. So you may choose to suppress the survey pop-up from reappearing in your existing version by modifying the "ClickCount" this registry value under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\Continuous\NPS" to 1.
After modifying the registry value on one machine, please proceed to apply the change to other machines by using group policy to push out the changes to a group of computers. Alternatively, you can remotely modify the registry values on multiple machines using a script or a third-party tool.
