This article introduces two ways to disable verification code when logging in Admin Console. Please see the steps below for details.

If you log in to the Admin Console and do not want to enter the verification code, you can disable it in the Admin Console or set it up by logging in to https://account.foxit.com
Disable verification code in Admin Console
1. Log in to Admin Console with super admin account
Input email and password > Click Login
2. Input the verification code sent to your email account > Click Continue
3. Navigate to Settings in the left menu bar > Click Authentication Settings > Disable Require two-step verification
4. When you get the prompt Two-step verification successfully unset and Require two-step verification is grayed out, it means you disable verification code successfully.
Disable verification code in website https://account.foxit.com
1. Log in to https://account.foxit.com
Input email and password > Click Login
2. Input the verification code sent to your email account
3. After logging in, click Sign-In and security in the left menu bar
4. Find Verify with email and change this status from On to OFF
5. Input email and password to verify your account > Click Login
6. When you get the prompt Email has been removed from two-step verification and status shows OFF, it means you disable verification code successfully.
Troubleshoot "Deactivate two-step verification failed"
If you experience Unable to deactivate two-step verification, this is because the super admin has set Two-Step verification in Admin Console. Please contact super admin to disable it in Admin Console. Please refer to Disable verification code in Admin Console for details.
