If you are experiencing login error “Your account is not authorized to use Foxit PDF Editor. Contact your organization's administrator“,this is because the account aren't assigned license in admin console. Please contact your administrator to assign license. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot.
1. Access to Foxit Admin Console.
Login to Foxit Admin Console with the super admin account.
2. Assigning Licenses
a. Navigate to License Management on the left menu bar > click Assign License at the top-right corner
b. Select Directory users > Click the plus tab > Select product to assign > Click OK
3. Activate Foxit application
a. Run Foxit PDF Editor application and click Activate on the lower left.
b. Click Sign in on the pop-up window.
c. Click SSO Login in the Sign In window.
d. Enter the email account which has been authorized in the Email filed.
e. Click Ask later on the lower right when you receive the message about Action Required.
f. Select an organization you belong to.
g. You will receive the prompt "You have successfully registered your formal license key". When you receive the prompt, it means you succeed in activating Foxit PDF Editor.
