Follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Check if it is disabled by Foxit Customization Tool
Check if it is disabled by GPO setting
Check the OpenText version
1. Go to the Editor installation folder such as: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\plugins", open the "DefaultPluginsList.xml" file and search for "OpenText" to get the version.
2. In the same folder, change "OpenText.fpi" to "OpenText.dll", right click > properties, check it is 12.0.0. Change the file name back to "OpenText.fpi" after checking.
3. If the versions match, check to see if the plugin is disabled.
Check if it is disabled by Foxit Customization Tool
Settings in the Foxit Customization Wizard are used to disable plugins. Delete the ProfStore folder under the Editor installation folder to enable the OpenText plugin.
Check if it is disabled by GPO setting
Open the registry > enter "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Foxit\PDFEditor\Plugins" to see if there is an Opentext item. If so, remove it to enable the OpenText plugin. Restart the Editor.
Note that if you select the OpenText plugin in Remove Plugins, it means OpenText will be disabled. Please uncheck it and redeploy the policy.
