The condition for enabling LTV:
1) The signature verification is valid
2) The revocation information is embedded in the document or signature
2. Embed revocation information into a document:
Right-click the signature in the document, click "Add Verification Information" in the right-click menu, then save the document.
Verify Signature again and you will find the revocation information is embedded in the document.
3. The "Add Verification Information" menu display needs to meet three conditions at the same time:
1) Select the signature creation time or the security time embedded in the signature
2) The signature verification is valid, and the revocation check certificate is valid
3) Have fill form and sign permission
As shown in the screenshot, the user document does not have the permission to fill form and sign. So the option to “Add verification information” is not available on the right-click menu.
4. Ensure that the signature document has the fill form and sign permission:
1) Protect->Sign&Certify->Place Signature/Sign Document, be careful not to check the "lock document after signing" option
2) Protect->Sign&Certify->Certify with visible signature/Certify without visible signature, pay attention to the permission setting, select the permission including fill form and sign
