How to deactivate perpetual license from previous installation and activate on new device?

    The deactivate option is not available. Instructions in the KB article say to submit a request. That link only leads back to the top of the KB articles that tell you to submit a request....

    The chat bot replied that it was going to submit a ticket last week but I have not heard from anyone.

    I cannot find any way to contact support. Please advise.

    Hi, Our computers are managed by an IT company. One of the computers running Fox-It was recently replaced by them, but software was not removed form it locally. The machine has now been disposed of by the company and I'm not able to install a new version of Fox-It on the replacement PC. Are you able to reset our licences centrally so that I can perform a new installation please?
