How to have some check boxes both checked/unchecked?

To make some check boxes in the same status(checked or unchecked),you have to make those check boxes have the same check box name and export value under the General tab and Options tab  in Check Box Properties dialog boxes for all of those check boxes. To open Check Box Properties window, please click on Form tab in Foxit PDF Editor,choose Check Box tool, double click on a check box in the PDF file to bring up Check Box Properties window that belongs to the check box you have clicked.
