For users who are subscribed to Foxit PDF Editor, if the account is not created before purchasing or confirmed via the invitation email, below message that will appear when activating the software with the account.
To restore the license, please sign in at www.foxit.com and select Welcome: Your Name > go to Orders > Subscription Management > Manage,
Then select Recover and click Yes to apply changes. After you have completed this task, you can now activate the software with the subscription account.
If you are not the end user, please select Add Member to assign the subscription to the email of the end user.
