Email Personalization

Significally improve the signer experience with Email Personalization. Customize email content or select an Email Template for each recipient of an envelope. Foxit eSign Default Templates are available in multiple languages and are useful if the recipients need the email information provided in their spoken language. Email Personalization significally improves the signer experience.

Personalize the Invitation Email for each Recipient

1. Select Personalize for each signer.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Default Foxit eSign Email from the Email Template list.
   
   
3. Click on to expand the email content editor for a recipient.
   
   
   
   
4. Select one language for all signers, or select different languages for each.
   
   
   
   
5. Edit a recipient's email content by clicking Editor View.

Tip! Save an edited email by clicking Save Template.

Multibranding

Available for Enterprise plan.

Enhance your custom branding by customize the look and feel of the Invitation Emails. Companies with multiple brands can associate different logos on Email Templates. Besides uploading different logos to your Email Templates, you can customize email content, button color, footer, header and more. 

Example of a customized Invitation Email Template.

1. Go to Settings and select Email Templates from the left side menu.
   
   
2. Select All Invitation Email Templates.
   
   
   
   
3. Click to edit a new Email Template. 
   
   
4. Customize the Invitation Email as needed.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save.
