What Do The Clock Icons Mean Under Plugins?

For the sake of not using up too much of the machine's CPU and RAM, some plugins were designed to be dynamically loaded in. 

That means that they will only be loaded into the software when they are used. If this icon is shown, that means the user has not had need of this plugin as of yet so it has not been loaded into the software
